Your Perfect Petzzz requires at least 1 D battery for operation.  If your pet is not breathing, please try replacing the batteries.

If battery replacement does not correct the issue, please contact the Perfect Petzzz Warranty depart.

The Dalmatian puppy that my son has had for just over a year (got it for Christmas 2009) just stopped working tonight. Tried changing the battery and no luck.

It had an aggravated "snore" because the dealer left the battery in when my ex-husband bought it, and he stored it on one side (not flat on the bottom) until we gave it to our son.
