PerfectPetzzz.com will send your order from Austin, Texas to any of the 48 Contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. Also, NO P.O. BOXES please. Please call 1-800-388-7597 for more information.

For those who wish to order from outside of the U.S., online ordering is currently not available at this site. For international distributor or order information, visit our Locations Near You, or send an email to support@perfectpetzzz.com.

  • Orders received by 1:00 p.m. CST are usually processed the same day
  • Orders received after 1:00 p.m. CST are usually processed the next business day

We cannot ship to P.O. BOXES. A physical address that UPS can deliver to must be provided. Failure to do so may result in the delay of your order.

Still have not received a call back or follow-up after (4) phone attempts and online request.

this is the most frustrating website,  Seems as if they don't want you to be able to track your order, I have been around the world trying to find out where my shipment is........bad business practices
